1. About Writifi
Writifi ("we", "us", "our") sells digital business document templates to UK businesses via writifi.com. By purchasing or downloading a document from Writifi, you agree to these terms.
2. Nature of our products
Writifi templates provide practical starting points for business documentation. They are not legal advice, certification or a guarantee of regulatory compliance. You should adapt documents to your circumstances and seek professional advice where appropriate.
3. Licence
When you purchase a document or bundle, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use, adapt and reproduce that document within your own business, including across multiple employees and sites. You may not resell, redistribute or share purchased templates with other businesses or individuals outside your organisation.
4. Payment and delivery
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Digital products are delivered via download links provided immediately after successful payment.

6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Writifi is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, our templates. Documents are provided "as is" as a starting point for your own review and adaptation.
