We collect your email address when you download a free template or make a purchase, and payment information is collected directly by our payment processor, Stripe - we never see or store your card details.
2. How we use it
We use your email address to deliver the document you requested, send order confirmations, and occasionally share other templates we think you'll find useful. You can unsubscribe at any time.
3. Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, so we can improve it. This data is anonymised where possible and is not used to identify you personally.
4. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Contact us at hello@writifi.com to exercise these rights.
5. Data storage
Payment data is handled by Stripe. Order and download verification relies on Stripe's records rather than a separate Writifi database. Email addresses collected for free template downloads are stored securely and used only as described above.
